Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 11, 2023, Matt Levine, the General Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer and Secretary of Clear Secure, Inc. (the “Company”, or “CLEAR”), informed us of his intention to resign to pursue other opportunities. We expect his departure to be during the first quarter of 2024. Mr. Levine joined CLEAR in 2012 and we thank him for his service. The Company has initiated a search for his successor.
